Nishel's washed-out picnic lunch

Nishel prepared all this beautiful food for a picnic, but then it rained so we had to eat inside. She made a delicious range of salads; included here are chickpeas, coriander, tomato and lemon juice; couscous with aubergine and greek salad.

Bulgur wheat salad with pork

Thanks to Erin, for her lovely lunch made from leftovers; bulgur wheat salad with mint and parsley, fresh tomatoes, and grilled pork. Dressed simply with lemon, good olive oil, and some coarse sea salt.
