Nishel prepared all this beautiful food for a picnic, but then it rained so we had to eat inside. She made a delicious range of salads; included here are chickpeas, coriander, tomato and lemon juice; couscous with aubergine and greek salad.

These pictures are all great, but recipes to go with them would be infinitely better. It's frustrating to see a beautiful dish with no way to duplicate it.
